Pawleys Pavillion Condos

There are so many different condo developments on the Grand Strand that many times some of the best ones are over looked.

Pawleys Pavilion is one of those. The Pawleys Island condos are located just west of Ocean Hwy (hwy 17) just past litchfield. They are tucked away off the highway and are surrounded by a protected wetlands.

Only being just a few years old, Pawleys Pavilion offers spacious floor plan and a lot of cabinet space. There is also a pantry in the kitchen. Having lived in several Myrtle Beach condos, that has been my biggest complaint (no cabinet space).



All of the floors plans are 3bedroom, 2 bath. However the second bedroom offers a "hide away" door that connects it directly to the bathroom, giving your guests the same amount of privacy as the master bedroom.

With beautiful plantation golf courses just minutes away and beach access being available very close by these are worth taking a look at.
